By downloading, installing, or using Still Dot ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Still Dot is a minimalist thought-placement app for iOS. It allows you to place short thoughts as dots in a spatial field, where semantic proximity emerges naturally over time. Data is stored locally using CoreData and optionally synced across your devices via iCloud (CloudKit).
3. User Conduct
You agree not to modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App. You may not extract source code, create derivative works, or use the App for any unlawful purpose.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code within the App remain the property of the developer. You may not reproduce, distribute, or adapt any part of the App without prior written permission.
5. Data and Privacy
Still Dot does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data with the developer or third parties. Your thoughts remain on your device or in your personal iCloud account. See the Privacy Policy for details.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The developer does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
8. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
